It rightly identifies the need for innovation and infrastructure, but in its call for "ideological neutrality" and its directive to remove concepts like DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) from AI risk frameworks, it raises a fundamental question:

What kind of race are we running, and what kind of finish line are we aiming for?
